We work alongside providers to create payor logins so health plans can begin extracting CAQH data.
Verifications Completed
We ensure each provider’s taxonomy code on the NPPES website matches how they will be billing, and we also keep CAQH fully up to date.
Provider Information Intake (Done during Onboarding)
If onboarding was already done, we ask the team for the required documents and information we need to complete the payor applications.
How it Works
Biweekly Updates Sent Out to Leadership
We provide biweekly updates to limit email traffic for your team (unless otherwise requested). Once the application is submitted, there is usually little additional action required. Although we may follow up with payors weekly to keep things moving quickly, we keep your team informed with a clear biweekly status update.

Application Review and Submission
After everything has been populated on the applications we ask that the provider review and submit.
Approval- EFT/ ERA Setup if Needed
Once payors approve the enrollment applications, we notify your team. If EFT and ERA setup is needed (not done in house), we complete that step as part of the process. We then inform the provider and your team that they are now ready to see patients under these plans, unless you would like that communciation to come from in house.
