Hospital credentialing can take 60–90 days to complete. We recognize that securing timely approval so physicians can care for patients is a top priority. When necessary, we also facilitate emergency or temporary privileges. Our goal is to support uninterrupted patient care while helping your practice maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the hospital.
Hospital Privileging
Provider will Review Application and Submit
To ensure the accuracy of all submitted information, we never submit an application on a provider’s behalf without their approval. The provider always reviews and signs off on the application before it is submitted.
Pre-populate the Application for Provider
Using the information we extract from CAQH, we are able to pre‑populate the application.
Request Application from the MSO
Each hospital’s application process is different, so we contact each facility directly to confirm its specific requirements and workflow for every application.
How it Works
Send out Notification of Privileges Received
Once privileges have been approved, our team sends a final notification confirming that privileges have been granted.
Provide Weekly updates to Management Team
Each week, we provide status updates so your team remains fully informed about the progress of every provider.
Follow up Weekly on the Application
After the application is submitted, we follow up with the MSO on a weekly basis and provide any pending items needed.
