Confirmation of Privileges Notification
Once privileges are approved for reappointment, we will distribute a notification to the team to ensure they are informed.
Hospital Reappointment Notifications
We will maintain all hospital recredentialing dates in our system for tracking purposes; however, the provider will receive the reappointment notification directly. They simply need to forward the notification to our team, and we will handle the remainder of the process.
Credentialing Software Sends a Reminder for Recredentialing
Once we receive the notification, there is no further action required on your part. We will process the file internally and submit it to leadership for approval.
