Once the license application has been reviewed and approved, it will be submitted.

Applications are pre-filled and sent to providers for review and approval.

Portal Login is Created for the State Board

We ask providers to create their own login credentials for each licensing board. They then securely share those credentials with us so that we can assist with pre-populating the applications.

How it Works

Send out Notification of License Received

Once the license applications have been approved, our team sends a final notification confirming that the license has been granted.

Weekly Updates Sent Out to Leadership

Each week, we provide status updates so your team remains fully informed about the progress of every provider.

Follow up Weekly on License Application

After the license application is submitted, we follow up with the board on a weekly basis. We include the provider in all communications to ensure they remain informed of the status of their application.
